怡保均和园日前发生火灾导致3间半砖板屋子受影响，行动党德彬丁宜区州议员黄文标敦促霹雳州消防局需配合怡保市政厅，重新评估消防栓数量和提升防火设备。

他本人也在当天获得居民的通知后，前往火灾现场了解情况。后发觉一间被烧的房子整条前面道路既然没有消防栓。而后面两间被烧的屋子连Jalan Kuan Woh Yuen连路牌也不见，使消防员面对寻找案发地点问题。这是令他感到不满的情况。

他提醒住户除了要加以留意家内引燃物的状况，也要定时确保火险还是生效和保额足够。而政府除了确保商业地点有灭火器以外，也因该降低家庭式灭火用品的税务或扣税方式来鼓励人民购买，来达到保护家园的目的。

அண்மையில் சிலாங்கூர் மந்திரி புசார் காலிட் இப்ராகிமின் தொகுதியான ஈஜோக்கில், நிரந்தர வசிப்பிடத் தகுதி கொண்ட ஒருவர் புதிய வாக்காளராக ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்பட்டிருக்கிறார்.

ஆகக் கடைசியாக, பொதுமக்களின் பார்வைக்கு வைக்கப்பட்டிருந்த வாக்காளர் நகல் பட்டியலில் நிரந்தர வசிப்பிடத் தகுதி கொண்டவரான "மிஸ்மா" என்பவர் வாக்காளராக பதிவுசெய்யப்பட்டிருக்கிறார்.
சிவப்பு நிற மைபிஆர் கார்டை வைத்திருந்த நிரந்தர வசிப்பிடத் தகுதி உள்ள "மிஸ்மா புதிய வாக்காளராகப் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார் என மலேசியாகினி தகவல் வெளியிட்ட நான்கு மணி நேரத்துக்குள் அவர் பிரஜையாகி இருப்பதாக தெரிகிறது!

"இங்கும் எழும் கேள்வி: நிரந்தர வசிப்பிடத் தகுதி உள்ள ஒருவருக்கு நான்கு மணிநேரத்தில் பிரஜா உரிமை கிடைக்கும்போது, ஏன் மலேசியாவில் பிறந்தும், தக்க ஆவணங்கள் இருந்தும் குரியுரிமை பெறுவதற்காக மக்கள், குறிப்பாக இந்தியர்கள், 20 -30 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு காத்துக்கிடக்க வேண்டியுள்ளது", என வினவினார் கிள்ளான் நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் சார்ல்ஸ் சந்தியாகோ.

இவ்வாறான மோசடிகளைத் தவிர்க்கவே பெர்சே 2.0 பேரணி நடத்தப் பட்டது. அப்பேரணியின் எட்டு கோரிக்கைகளையும் தேர்தல் ஆணையம் ஏற்றுக் கொண்டு அமல் படுத்தினாலே போதும், இவ்வாறான மோசடிகள் மீண்டும் நடக்காமல் தவிர்க்கலாம் என கூறிய சார்ல்ஸ், "நமக்கு வேண்டியது நேர்மையான மற்றும் நியாயமான தேர்தலே" என்பதை அவர் வலியுறுத்தினார்.

வாக்களர் தகுதி இல்லாதவர்களை புதிய வாக்காளராக பதிவு செய்தல் மற்றும் நிரந்தர வசிப்பிட தகுதியிலிருந்து பிரஜா உரிமை தகுதி வழங்குதல் போன்ற செயல்கள், அரசாங்கம் மற்றும் தேர்தல் ஆணையம் ஆகியவற்றின் நோக்கங்களைக் காட்டுகின்றன.

"பெர்சே 2.0 பேரணி சட்டவிரோத செயலானால், மிஸ்மா விவகாரத்தில் தேர்தல் ஆணையம் மற்றும் தேசியப் பதிவுத் துறையின் செயல்கள் எம்மாதிரியானவை", என கேள்வி எழுப்பிய சார்ல்ஸ், இந்த பிரச்சனை மிஸ்மாவோடு நின்று விடவில்லை என்றார்.
சிலாங்கூரில் ஆயிரத்திற்கும் மேற்பட்ட நிரந்த வசிப்பிட தகுதி கொண்டவர்கள் புதிய வாக்களாராக பதிவு செய்யப்ப் பட்டுள்ளனர் என பாஸ் கண்டு பிடித்துள்ளது என்பதைச் சுட்டிக் காட்டிய சார்ல்ஸ், "வரும் தேர்தலில் ஆட்சியைக் கைப்பற்றுவதற்காக கூட்டரசு அரசாங்கம் மேற்கொண்டு வரும் நடவடிக்கைகளில் இதுவும் ஒன்று என்பது மிக தெளிவாகப் புலப்படுகிறது என்று அவர் சாடினார்.

"இவ்வாறான நேர்மையற்ற செயல்களை அரசாங்கம் உடனடியாக நிறுத்த வேண்டும். இல்லையேல், அடுத்து வரும் தேர்தலுக்குள் மற்றொரு பெர்சே பேரணியை அது சந்திக்க வேண்டி வரும்", என சார்ல்ஸ் எச்சரித்தார்.
