Baru Tau Yang @Khalidsamad Ni Melayu Rupanya #bn4wp

Posted: 08 Jun 2012 01:32 AM PDT

Awat plak hang ni Khalid Samad?

Tiba-tiba pulak concern pasai nasib Melayu.

Inilah Baru Dinamakan WALK THE TALK #BN4WP @rizalmanmokhtar

Posted: 07 Jun 2012 05:00 AM PDT

Nak tahu mengapa? Google tengok apa maksud saya sebentar tadi.

Syabas Pemuda UMNO BTR. Teruskan usaha untuk menawan semula BTR!!!!!!

Segambut , May 19- For the past two and half years, Segambut Barisan Nasional chairman Jayanthi Devi Balaguru has been working diligently and talking to the grassroot community on issues that matters most. Jayanthi, who is a Gerakan central committee member and Wanita National secretary-general took on responsibility of Segambut in 2009. Her appointment has been renewed for another term and she is working to ensure promises to the people are met. A practising lawyer by profession, Jayanthi is taking on the big issues in the constituency that have been under the radar for decades.

"For the past 30 years, the Yee Lan Kuan Yin Ting Temple in Bukit Maluri didn't have a land title to occupy the place. This temple is visited by some 10,000 people.

"So once once we got on board, we managed to get a land status in January.

"We also help to repair roofs and fix parts of the house for the Segambut estate people, who have been living there for 60 years. The deteriorating conditions was unbearable for the residents and their safety was at risk, so we spent RM250,000 to get the work done for 30 houses.

"On and off we get people coming up to us with issues like land titles, flood, infrastructure woes and garbage. So we try resolve them instead of saying we are going to do it," she said.

Jayanthi is rumoured to be the candidate for the 13th General Elections in Segambut. She declined to comment on her status and would leave it to the Prime Minister to decide. She added the past two and half years, Barisan has earned the respect, support and cooperation from the people.

"I am presently the legal adviser for four temples here and for any event we hold, the components come together with the local leaders and committee members in the spirit of 1Malaysia.

"To me politics isn't about hitting out at each other, being mean or condemning people all the time. I have been on the same platform with the present MP Lim Lip Eng and we give each other respect.

"Aung San Suu Kyi, whom I had the pleasure of meeting put it so well about preservation, tolerance and serenity. She doesn't have any bitterness against the junta army instead she hopes for stability and security for the people.

"We have peace and stability in Malaysia, so there is no need to project ourselves to be otherwise because in order to make something wonderful we have to come together," she said. Speaking on Barisan's chances in the area, Jayanthi said they stood a very good chance as people's trust has returned. She urged the people to understand that Barisan has transformed itself from what it was to what it is now.

"In Segambut 53% are Chinese, 33% are Malay and 14% are Indians and other. The notion of having field a Chinese candidate in a predominantly Chinese area never held any truth because it depends on what people want."Pakatan Rakyat wasn't a coalition to begin with but they formed a coalition after 2008. However for a marriage of convenience to work , you need to sort of suffer in comfort and dream.

"You must have a common belief but that can't jeopardize the beliefs of each individual party. I think in 2008 they had just fielded the candidates for the party but they have realised perhaps there were some unsuitable on, who just went along with the flow," she said.
